Add Cardio BOSU to your existing training regimens to bring a fresh and exciting fitness challenge. Cardio Glide and Sculpt: A 45 minute cardio class using gliding discs. Gliding incorporates body sculpting, balance, flexibility, core and cardio. It creates a smooth sliding surface that benefits upper and lower-body workouts. Integrating lateral gliding movements into a cardiovascular routine puts emphasis on sculpting the inner thighs, outer thighs, gluts, and core muscles. If you are tired of the same old cardio workout or need to introduce cardiovascular exercise into your life, transform your body with the glide and sculpt class. Pilates on the Ball: Pilates on the Ball- Floor Class, 50-minutes: Using large stability balls, Pilates on the ball is a great class to take your mat skills to the next level. This class will challenge your body with an unstable surface, which will utilize your superficial and intrinsic muscles.
