Weekday and Saturday classes will run for 6 weeks from April16th-May 26th.
Bring a buddy. Tell your friends, neighbors, and family members to join a class filled with exercises challenging cardiovascular endurance, strength, balance and agility. Any fitness level is welcome! Individuals are encouraged to work at their own challenge level. Compete against yourself from week to week to improve your specific fitness level.

first fitness assessment is included in packages of 10 or more sessions.
