My Goals
I originally signed up for some one-on-one yoga; I liked yoga because it helped me manage my stress but I was sick of those big classes where I never received any individual coaching to make me better.
My experience with 1 to 1 Personal Training
I have been training with Kim for about a year now. After about 6 months of yoga with Kim I then added Pilates to my training; beside from the focus and relaxation I get from both workouts I can’t believe how much stronger by arms and abs are and how much more confident and flexible I am. The great thing about yoga and Pilates is that it is never mastered there is always more to learn and different ways to push your body.

My fitness Goals
After my third pregnancy, I needed to lose weight and tone my body.
My experiences with 1 to 1 Personal Training
Kim helped me lose 24 pounds and sculpt my body. She is able to put routines together that work and get you the results you want. I am 36 years old and now have four children. I have trained with Kim for seven years. We do a variety of training styles. We cross-train, focusing on specific muscle groups, we also incorporate yoga and Pilates. Kim changes the routine every six to eight weeks to maximize your results. Every session is challenging and well worth it.
What I enjoy
Kim is a great trainer, fun to work with, and is very knowledgeable. She is able to put routines together that work and get you the results you want. Whether you are male or female she can transform your body the way you want it to look as long as you are willing to work hard and eat right. I highly recommend 1 to 1 Personal Training as your training source. I am extremely happy with my body and so is my husband!

My experience with 1 to 1 Personal Training
I met Kim when she was referred to work with my daughter, who has a neuromuscular disease. Not only has Kim spent four years inventively training my daughter, but she also got me, a confirmed “gym-o-phobe” to join her classes—and have a great time doing it!
What I enjoy
Whether it is yoga, Pilates, reformer, spin, or BOSU classes—Kim does them all with a great sense of humor, and a first-rate knowledge of the human body, its athletic abilities…and its failings! I would highly recommend Kim to anyone, regardless of fitness level.

My fitness goals
Cardio endurance, weight loss, toning
My experience with 1 to 1 Personal Training
When I started 8 months ago, I was not a runner and could not perform a single push-up. I can now run a 5k and perform dozens of push-ups in perfect form, something I never imagined I would be able to do. My muscle tone is actually visible now in my shoulders and arms.
What I enjoy
I enjoy the challenging and unique exercises Kim utilizes. She is clearly knowledgeable about health, fitness, and nutrition. She knows which exercise targets which muscles and how hard to push. She challenges me and helps me achieve my best.

My fitness goals
When I started with 1 to 1 Personal Training, my goal was to shed pounds a fit into a smaller size. As my sessions went by, my goals changed. Although I was still focused on losing weight and more inches, I also wanted to get leaner/more defined muscle tone.
My experience with 1 to 1 Personal Training
During the past 8 months of my training, I have lost 15lbs! I love the fact that I get a well-rounded interval workout with Kim every time I go. Not only does my cardiovascular endurance get challenged, but I also have gained so much strength. Before I started, I could barely due a push-up. Now I can do 20 in a row! Kim has a very good understanding of where me physical condition level is and knows when to challenge me to get the most out of me. I wouldn’t do half the exercises she has me do on my own if she wasn’t there to with me.
What I enjoy
During my sessions with Kim, I have been exposed to many different exercises including yoga and Pilates. She keeps it interesting every session. She is knowledgeable about the body, muscle, and overall physical fitness. She is able to gear that knowledge base to make my exercise program specifically right for me.
